We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. This policy explains how returns and refunds work. Please read it alongside our Shipping Policy for delivery details.

30-Day Hassle-Free Returns

You may return most items within 30 calendar days of the delivery date for a full refund. To qualify, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging with all tags and accessories
  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

What Is Not Eligible for Return

  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by us
  • Items missing original packaging or components
  • Final sale items (if applicable, this will be clearly marked on the product page)

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at info@nascaroffer.my or call +1 760-576-7937 within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for return.
  2. Receive your prepaid return label. After we confirm eligibility, we email you a prepaid return shipping label at no cost. No restocking fee and no return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
  3. Pack and ship the item. Place the item in its original packaging, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at the carrier location indicated on the label.
  4. Receive your refund. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we process your refund within 1–2 business days. The refund is issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, as processing times vary by bank or card issuer.

In all cases, there is no restocking fee and no return shipping charge to the customer.

Returns for Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a prepaid return and either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any original shipping costs. You will not be charged any fees in this scenario.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, the fastest way is to return your original purchase for a full refund and place a new order. This ensures your new item ships without delay.

Non-Refundable Situations
